How do I report a missing card?

If you think your card has been lost or stolen, please call our Card Loss Centre in Leeds straightaway. You can call at any time on 0870 600 0459 (or +44 142 370 0545).

If you're registered with NatWest Card Protection, please call 0800 677 677. Other common questions

Need emergency cash?

If you've lost your card and need cash urgently you can now access up to £300 without a card from any NatWest cash machine, day or night.

  • Available to existing Natwest customers only
  • Direct banking customers (internet and phone) can access up to £300 and all other customers can access up to £60 maximum
  • Available from Natwest, RBS, Ulster Bank or Tesco Personal Finance cash machines in the UK
